In this beautiful healing session, we will first discuss what areas of your life need healing and how you feel this is affecting your mind, body and emotions, this will give me a picture of which chakras may be out of balance so that I can focus there, if you are not a big fan of Reiki healing then I use different methods in this session to help bring your energy back into alignment, using techniques such as aura cleansing, crystal healing, scent, sound, mantra,affirmation,visualisation, cord cutting healing and more. If you feel that some areas of your life have been stuck or blocked then this healing will help you find your flow again.
